He needs an assistant.

Has been watching Norwich play.
He has a list of transfer targets and is already watching potential signings.
Prob more money to spend at Norwich.
Hasn't spoken with Celtic about a transfer budget or making new signings.
He knows how to get the best from Hooper.
He might be able to get Snod to stay.
McNasty would prob want him.
