they can't get promoted from League One, so in a few years you could get a team being promoted via the League One playoffs who have finished 10th or 11th say because the top places are full of B teams.
I reality I suspect the age limits mean the B teams will find it quite hard to get that high, espcially in League One where they'll know they can't go up so might be a bit less committed?
League One teams can often give prem teams a decent game - against a bunch of teenagers I'd probably expect them to win.
