I think the B team thing is a sop to the big teams to placate them over the non-EU thing

I notice 19 of the 25 man B team squads would have to be under 21. The idea of a team full of teenagers being kicked about by teams of hardened lower league veterans is actually a bit sniggerworthy. They could get a bit of a rude awakening.
