First seasons back in the Championship/Div One etc

I really looked forward to 85/86, 95/96 and 10/11.

I didn't really look forward to 05/06 at all. I think that is primarily because I had lost all faith in Worthington and in quite a lot of the squad. We also brought in a load of s**t players.

I suppose 95/96 is a good comparison with now because we still had some decent players and, of course, an exciting new manager.

As an aside, and if Wigan don't go up, McNasty could really earn his stripes by poaching Rosler off Wigan.
