He attempted to evolve the team but he bought some rubbish and had bad luck

He sorted the defence out...he bought forwards to compliment the strong defence but it all went to s**t went the strikers couldn't score be it through tactics or ability. Then he lost his way in how to change it for the better. The plan was there it was just poorly executed and his time was up.
