What must have been going through the heads of the board members in January

They were obviously watching the same old s**t week in week out that we were all watching. Ostrich syndrome me thinks. Did they really think that jobo and guitterez were the answer. I know mcnasty did the business when he brought in lambo, but was that luck rather than judgement and could it be that perhaps that football knowledge desperately needed at the top.
