I think Adams has shown good managerial skills during his short tenure, I do t detect any of the failings of the gunn fiasco. He was never a football manager and was virtually appointed on the say so of his daughter. Which says a lot about what the club had become pre McNally. Adams is an effective and successful and valued employee of the club, producing a spectacularly successful youth team, which I enjoyed enormously. However, I feel the right signal should be sent and a proven manager with good credentials should be appointed to blow away the cobwebs. Not just a promotion on his cv, even clueless had one of those, albeit with the richest club ever at that level. I would be disappointed with Neil. It's not a reflection on him. I guess I just want to be spoiled after hughton.
