Daft appealing now

Should've been done when the story broke.

But the punishment is ridiculous and the secrecy disgusting. Forgetting relegation, the prize money increment for finishing a point above say Hull, Villa and WBA will vastly exceed whatever fine they got. Our authorities really are f**king clueless.
