There was the option of more strikers or just pushing up a little and opening the game up

You run the risk of giving Chelsea the opening they need to score but also increase our chance of creating something when Chelsea commit forward.

We didn't gamble, kept things tight and won a well earned point that ultimately won't be enough to keep us up.
