I was going to get up and watch the boxing this morning but Jnr has decided he only wants

sleep in my bed.

so looks like I'll be on piratebay first thing in the morning and avoid the radio / tv etc.

(I wont manage to avoid it all will I? Obviously Khan is going to get beat)
