Reasons I want McNally and Bowkett to stay.

1. Think we've gone back to 'little old Norwich' now? It'd be 100 times worse if they left. Delia and Michael did well / got lucky when they appointed them - would lightning strike twice with them getting it right again?

2. Their arrogance. They ARE arrogant, and probably got complacent. But the flip side is that their arrogance can be used as a positive - surely they'll want to bust a gut to prove they're not failures?

3. Their confidence. We all LOVED it when they were working in harmony with Lambert. The collective will to improve. We only started seeing bad sides when Lambert left, and a less popular manager joined.

I'm not naive. I doubt lots of local businesses and even their own workforce would not be sad to see them go, but at the moment, I think we're better off with them than without them.
