There's probably loads out there and I would hope that we have people working their tits off to identify them and weight up whether they could do a job or not...

I'd like to think that we are looking past just Malky as if that is the only choice other than Adams then yeah, I agree with some of the extremists on here: sack the board cos they sure as hell ain't doing their jobs...
