BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOM!

i bought a tumble drier off of john lewises 3 years ago (on a 2 year warranty) and the door handle broke right off (bit of a shock as it's a bosch) and rung up their customer services to find out i'd purchased the extended warranty so it's covered.
