It's not just that, it's all the fake humility Schtick he comes out with

I remember him being interviewed when Forest were riding high in the chumps couple of years ago. He came out with some s**te like "Do I think this team is ready for the Prem yet? No not yet" Although clearly right (as they didn't secure promotion) what kind of f**king way is that to motivate a team!?
