Things that I don't understand

1. Why do all those on our board with no background or expertise in football get a say in who our football manager is? Shall we start advising Delia on cookery, or Stephen Fry on comedy?

If that boardroom was split because of people with no knowledge of football...

2. Celtic effectively had the title won in August. The only thing challenging or motivating them this season was the Champions League. If we wanted Lennon, why didn't we come in for him once they were out of the CL? Why wait and wait and wait until we've lost the chance of getting him?

3. Why did Paul Lambert want to leave this club for Burnley, at a time we, a much bigger club, were above them in the Championship, and on a heck of a roll? Is it because he's impossible, or our board are impossible?

4. Why say "we will leave no stone unturned in order to retain our Premier League status", then sack the manager with 5 games to go and replace him with the youth team boss and bloke off Canary Call?
