I thought the Welbeck foul was a clear penalty - much more blatant than Long

which was a shoulder in the back, and more open to interpretation.

Anyway, you can't really complain about bad luck when three players had the opportunity to clear the ball before it reached Welbeck. The disallowed goal was perhaps more unlucky - although I'm not sure if De Gea had half stopped playing by the time he fumbled.
