of course - he has to take a fair share of the responsibility

some of his signings haven't worked out, his substitutions have often been poor (and changing the game in general) and a lot of the time he hasn't got the best out of the players.

But, at the same time, he's not the awful manager that he was made out to be - particularly in the last few months. He often set the team up well - especially at home, but also away from home at times, only to be let down by individual errors from the players.

I also think finishing 11th last season was an excellent achievement.
