I still don't understand why RVW is picked every week? It has to be contractual

Hooper scores and for that he gets a place on the bench.

RVW is s**te at holding up the ball and twice gave it away as he has no clue about distribution so players wont pass to him.

I understand why Clueless Chris picked him but Neyul ? really come on you must be under some direction from above.
