varies from:

Eggs
Toast
Cereal
Cereal Bar
Pitta (warm/toasted) with hummus - possibly my fav
Fruit - often in a shake/smoothie
Something leftover from night before
Chocolate as that's always about
Sometimes a mix of the above (up to 3)
or Nothing.
