*massive* salad with chicken. Massive.

Low fat yoghurt with some sort of pretend vanilla flavour. Coffee.

And all this followed porridge and an egg on toast for brekkie this morning.

But it's all OK because I did an hour on the turbo first, including 30 mins proper effort. Gotta have burnt off at least some portion of all that.

But this does beg the question above...
