3 things that must happen if we get relegated:

1. decision on manager taken immediately, whether Adams or A N Other they must be in place asap and allowed the full summer to build the squad they want.

2. Player decisions must be made prior to the World Cup - players must not be allowed to swan off on holiday without a clear vision of who wants to go - so the new manager can plan and scout all summer accordingly.

3. Delia and Michael, must remove themselves from any decision making processes around the management team / structure - McNally needs full authority to hire and fire as he sees fit.
