But I really feel like Delia and Michael are too "nice" for the Premiership.

Twice now we have gone up and twice we have had a manager make the same mistakes (play for draws, play people out of position, get rid of the heart and sole of the club - for Roberts and Mackey, this time it was Holt, players that will lead on and off the pitch), the only difference is that back then we bought Journey men looking for a pay day, this time we bought "Internationals" then destroyed their confidence.

Why did we not get rid of Worthy? Because he was nice, true, he deserved a bit more time as he'd just got us up and didn't have half as much money as Hoots wasted. But then we kept him for a season and a half after that, when a change was needed.

I thought we had learnt our lesson when we went back up with Lambert and had McNally to make those choices, however if the rumours are true that McNally wanted to sack Hoots and Delia didn't, then they need to sit back and let McNally do his job.

Don't get me wrong, I am so grateful for what Delia and Michael have done, we probably wouldn't be in business without them putting their money in and I don't want to be a Chelsea or Man City where we swap and change the manager every ten minutes, however if the wrong man is in the job and they just sit back and let him drag the club to the Championship and cost us ?90 million pounds of TV money, while the fans are screaming for a change before it's too late, then they need to look at their leadership when we do get to the big time.

If we are ever going to do anything (And I feel this was our best chance to establish ourselves with the huge money on offer, and with every other club in debt and taking pay-day loans), then we need a ruthless streak that McNally seems to have, but Delia and Michael don't have!

As I mentioned don't get me wrong, they are fans and want the best for the club, but I just wonder if what is best for the club is for them to give McNally a free range as he wouldn't have let Bambi stay in charge of the club like they have.
