I wonder if Adams changed a bit too much

the start of the second half - when he basically played the same formation as Hughton - with Snodgrass on the right and three in the centre - we played our best football.

Perhaps the main requirement was better motivation and a more attacking mentality, rather than wholesale changes to the system.
