Players leaving relegated clubs etc

Not massively insightful, but I know a relative of Jon Stead - ex Blackburn, Binnersville etc....

Anyway, Jon Stead told him that his agent basically told him that if ever his team got relegated from the Prem, to make sure he joined another Prem team - even one just coming up, as nigh on impossible to get a transfer FROM the Championship to the Premiership. Essentially unless you get promoted back up, that's pretty much the end of your premiership career.

Fairly logical I guess, but shows you possibly how some of our players (and especially their agents) would be thinking if we were to go down
