It never really works. Dunno why: maybe it's how we sell ourselves. Maybe too many players just see us as 'little Norwich' too. And we end up wasting stupid amounts of money on players who just don't deliver in the manner of, for example, Snodgrass.

It's a shame - but with the odd exception (Olsson this season above all), it just doesn't seem to work out.
