Does anyone know what the boards plan for Norwich is?

Have we even got one? I hear about seven year plans and that includes one year in the Championship. What about buying policy? In the Lambert days it was buying English, then the board wanted Foreign imports? No loans was said to be the way, no we have three loan players! I would like to believe we have a plan, but I don't think they have a clue, do you? Under Adams or our next manager what's the plan?
