We need a manager who has a comprehensive view of

how to play from the Under 8's all the way up through the first team. It's the only way for this club to thrive under its' current financial limitations. Someone like Pochetinno at Southampton would be ideal. I don't know who that would be but my interview process would focus on the question of how to develop the club from the youngest on up. I would hope our Board would have a much wider scope than Malky or Lennon. Must say I have VERY little hope that this Board would think that way.
