Norwich City FC. Village idiots of the Premier League (and not for much longer...)

Yesterday, I asked why we couldn't do what Sunderland had at Chelsea. Answer: because we don't have the tactical nous to do so.

Setting up 5-5 at Fulham surprised me. At home to Liverpool, it's suicide. Absolute f**king suicide. We have worse players than them: far worse. So the only way of beating them is to tactically out-think them. Not just send the team out positively and cross our fingers against far and away the best passing side in the league.

No Tettey? Why, what's he done wrong? He's our best player FFS. Fer, Howson, Redmond and Snodgrass ALL in the same side? I don't get why Whittaker's being persisted with either. But beyond that: we made the managerial change because of 1 game. ONE GAME! Who does that?! And once that game was lost...

The board and 99% of us on here are village idiots - for deluding ourselves that just playing our natural NCFC game would work in this company and on this wage bill. We HAD to be defensive. We HAD to be cautious. We HAD to park the bus at times. Only one person on here ever understood this: Mecagoenti. Kudos and apologies to him.

I'm not angry with the board because I'm a village idiot too. I doubt I'd have done much different. But seriously - how can we give up almost 5 years of hard work like THIS? We've chucked it. As the greatest manager in history might've put it, we're all f**kin' eejits.
