...to be clear I did not want Adams now, it's too late now; in fact the only time I wanted him was the Christmas period as a temporary bounce/unifying manager whilst we got someone else and their team in place...

Changing things with five games to go is crazy and whether it's Adams or someone else with more experience, this has only made a precarious situation worse...

What all this does demonstrate is something we agreed on was wrong: that being there wasn't a suitable candidate to replace Hoots - obviously Adams has been available all along so was not lump for Plan B earlier and give him that chance earlier?..

It does seem that the board have been hiding their heads in the sand and i find that very odd; our slick, professional operation headed up by McNasty and co has procrastinated and then seemingly panicked...

Granted they were in a bit of a hole but it was a hole of their own making...

All in all a what a mess...
