The former Leeds trio playing together is a big problem

Johnson and Howson both have very limited passing abilities, while Snodgrass is slow and one footed.

While they continue to play together in games we will struggle to score goals.

Obviously there are other big problems. Hooper and RVW don't look up to the job, while we also have a HUGE weakness at right back. Redmond could be a good premier league player in 2/3 years under the guidance of a good manager, but at the moment his end product is poor.
