Not actually give him the job, f**king hell I'm daft but not mental, just offer it to him, officially, in writing, on NCFC headed paper, with some "subject to agreeing terms" get-out clause*. And then leak that letter to the local press. That would literally be one of the best things that's ever happened. I cannot think of a better Fuck You Sunshine ever.
