After talking to one of the first team players last week....

and don't ask me to name names as I'm not hanging him out to dry, but this was absolutely inevitable. He said this is the worst dressing room he has ever been part of, morale and player arguments are rife. This falls at the feet of Mr Hughton. No man management skills at all.

Interestingly he said RVW is mustard on the training ground and is our best player by a mile but useless on a Saturday. Clearly a confidence player, and Redmond absolutely unplayable on the training ground yet he doesn't get a game. More problems you have to lay at the managers door.

Hopefully Neil will galvanise the team, heal the rifts, play the right players, and employ attacking ideas he used in his playing days. What will be will be now, but at least we have a glimmer of hope.
