Football isn't just played on the pitch...

it is also played in the mind. Our players looked like they didn't believe they could come back once the goal went in yesterday. (They haven't pretty much all season). A fresh approach and the (very fast!) building of a new mindset might give us some belief, and much-needed enjoyment on the pitch and in the stands, back. If Hughton had stayed surely it would have been more of the same for the last five games. This move may not work but doing nothing wasn't an option, I believe.
