Absolutely *no* hard feelings towards Hoots, from me at least. He did his damndest and he clearly cared. But at the end of the day he was the wrong man for us - we need a certain kind of job doing and he's not the guy to do it.
So glad the Board has acted. Is Adams just till the end of the season and see, or longer term from the get-go?
