He's not necessarily obnoxious

although I agree that is a reasonable hypothesis, it may just be lack of intelligence and understanding. As regards Pulis, of course he's a crap manager. All managers are ex-footballers so they are likely to be not that bright and therefore crap at being managers. I reckon there are probably 16 at least crap managers in the Premier League at the moment. So some of them will be relatively successful. And some get lucky. And it's horses for courses - Pulis's limited style is a fit for what he has at Palace, if we'd brought him in here I doubt he'd have done any better than Hughton.
And Durham is a troll, that's his professional function. But even trolls say things that are correct occasionally, I can't be bothered to read Durham's stuff, but if he is saying it's the coaches' fault, or that we play appalling football then of course he is right. And let's face it, those 2 points aren't exactly rocket science.
