thats the one thing that makes hughton's position untenable

it *is* the lack of movement. It means every player looks s**t.

Years ago I used to play as a winger and in a good team I could look quite good, in a s**t team I'd look s**t. I was in fact average. The thing is when you're up against a defender and you have 2-3 runners he doesn't know what you will do. You could pass and move or try to beat him and shoot/cross. If you have no options he knows exactly what you will do.

Holt, Morison, Jackson, Becchio, Van Wolfswinkel, Elmander, Hooper have all looked s**t under hughton and all scored elsewhere at decent levels.

All our wingers have looked s**t under hughton.

Our only creative midfielder hasn't played.

Under lambert we had average players. Yet remember even after the wheels seemed to have come off that 3-3 against Arsenal. We were scintillating to watch. Could have been 8-8.

All these strikers could score regularly in the prem for the right manager.
