In my job our objectives and performance are monitored on a onging basis. If the goalposts move for the company, so do peoples objectives. If people do not perform action is taken. I cannot believe a Manager get an objective of keeping the club out of the bottom 3 irrespective of how the team plays, and when things are not going right no action is taken. If a company is on a downward spiral, something has to change else it will go bankrupt. Is this not the same with a football club if it is on downward spiral things have to change???
mcnasty will certainly run a mile WHEN we go down, With look what I have done to the club on his CV.
a) Decimated the family club we had.
b) Fleeced the supporters of all hard earned cash like no concessions for pensioners, No flexibility on tickets, reduce number of games you can miss on away season tickets,
c) Shown his has no balls, Well he is a Scotsman after all.
Still one bright point the odds of 4/1 I took at half time against Fulham will certainly help toward my Holiday this year!!
