it can be hard- some acts want stupid money...

The wombats = ?40,000, the spin doctors 8K. Agents hear the word festival and treble the fees.
But others are really good. Its for TCT so Dodgy halved their fee last year and this year we have got Miles Hunt and Mark Morriss on the cheap.
We try to get three types:
people form back in the day who we know and love
up and coming real quality bands - ie bbc introducing etc
local bands with something about them
Djs are easy - they just love to play.

If theres a demand we can organise a wotb camping area.
I suspect that there are a few wothers who like the music we have on offer, want to sit in the sun and drink beer and need activities for the kids whilst they do this.
