No worries....look after yourself. Also, and just an idea

Try not to dwell on the story, or look at loads of reports or follow the aftermath with distraught family and the like too closely. Don't become an "expert" on the case as it were.
Sounds insensitive but sometimes helps distance yourself from the upsetting nature of it all.
