i had someone leave a cyclist sized dent in my landrover when indicating and turning left

I got out shaking and nervous they were hurt, but they were ok. I didn't look at the landrover as stayed drivers side, he quickly said he was ok and that it was his fault and I could go. When I got to work found a huge dent in the vehicle hence why he quickly told me to go.

bikes should have to be insured and have a number plate in the frame.
