What I remember from the gallstones is that the pain from those you feel more in your back than your stomach; and it's f**king painful. Really bad when they get going.
However it's usually brought on by fatty food and late at night; avocados are high in fat and if you had it a while ago...
If it's still hurting, lie down on your back, breathe in and with your fingers push under the right side of your ribcage. If that hurts sharply it could be your gall bladder.
