Listening to 5Live last and Pat Nevin said a similar thing

managers tell out of form players to "just run around a lot", because massive effort often sparks something off, whether it's a tackle, crowd appreciation etc. To be fair, that's what Ricky and Johan did against Sunderland, but we need them all to do it in away games. Just run around a lot!
