why in the name of technology

when everything in my house that has a clock in it automatically changes on the last Sunday of March and October ,except the analogue clocks i have

Why does my car not have that same facility

It was built in 2010

The lights come on automatically

the wiper do the same when it rains

It can tell me where i am at any place in Europe via GPS

But the last Sunday in March and October I have to change the clock in it
