There are two types of manager. Proactive ones and reactive ones.

Sadly I think Hoots is neither of the above.

Thanks for keeping us in the Prem Chris... just. Ironically I think hanging on to Hoots this season has been our saving grace. However, we need new thinking, new attitudes, new desires, new vision next season.
