All this Max Clifford thing has got me thinking. I'm completely na?ve when it comes to the concept of commercial sex, and I don't really know how it works. Do they charge by the inch? Or, is girth more of an issue? Do they have a card with various diameters punched out, on the ground that a "thinner" gentleman is going to be less bother than a "fuller" gentleman, irrespective of length? They might ask you to pop yourself into the rate card and whichever ring fits sets the rate. Is that how it works?
