The NCFC board have been way too slow to read and

react correctly to a situation of clear and definite decline.
Board members were ready to take the plaudits whilst all was rosy but disappear when the s**t hits the proverbial.
Weak, weak effort at the top! Chris Hughton should have been sacked before December 2013!
