I'd have to disagree when Elmander plays yes its more 4-4-1-1 just..but

certainly against Newcastle that was as much 4-4-2 as you're ever likely to see. Hooper or RvW struggle to play in the hole. We need proper midfielders in the '3' not Hooper, RvW or Elmander.
