reckon you'd want to leave norwich at 4.30 at latest

gets you to liverpool street at 18:19

remember there might be a tube strike. not entirely sure what the quickest way to upton park would be from there but if the tube is f**ked you could get on an overground train to forest gate and walk it in 30 mins or so

coming back theres a train at 22:30 and one at 23:30, you might be a bit pushed to get the first but the last is fine
