We lack any sort of game plan

What are our strengths? Whatever they are we are not playing to then. Hughton has been a disaster and has repeatedly shown he has no idea how to set up our players to win a game. Not even convinced he is any good in the transfer market, sorely short without Tettey and logo. Completely ignores other players. Should have been sacked ages ago.
