i once went into work on an average friday - week before xmas - at brize norton a few years ago . Expecting just a routine day - Was offered to jump on a VC10 to bruggen germany, to go on a beer run for the lads......so my working day meant flying to germany, raiding the naafi of 10 crates of beer, 5 bottles of vodka, 5 bottles of brandy....
